Seems really great but missing parts and has rust.
Update: the number for customers service isn't available. However, I had to make it work for my 11 year old 30 lbs frenchie, he's going through cancer and this is a great solution. Overall could be a great product if it wasn't missing parts, but this seems like a usual thing here by reading other reviews. The stroller frame is great, I could actually place a longer seat in it if needed. It's smooth to drive it and so far for this price I like it and will keep it because he doesn't have to to return and ship a new one.

For what it cost, it's great. Lots of room for the cat to look out and still have shade. The only downsidess are minor. The zippers are a bit of a struggle to reach to start and the push handle is too low for my husband. It would be helpful if it were adjustable.

I use this for my cats. I have had it for a while now. It has a small rip in the screen part of it from the cats nails. It is not a bad stroller, easy to use and fairly large. I put 2 adult cats in it.
