I actually had one of these when I was younger and I just remember wondering why my mom bought them for me and my brother and they eventually were given away from lack of use. But now I am in college and have been diagnosed with severe anxiety and stress out a lot because of it. I decided to look up things to help relieve anxiety and to help with my constant fidgeting. I came across the spinners and the cubes of course, and my brother got both and I tried them out but they didn't really help me at all in relieving stress, I found myself more stressed because my hands are so small I couldn't really get the spinner moving unless I used both hands. But I came across the Tangle Jr. and thought I would give these guys another chance. I got them in the mail today and OMG are they doing the trick. I have finals this week and I have been playing with one of them while I study. It has helped me stay focused and stop from getting distracted while also has calmed me down. I definitely recommend this for all ages!!

Great fidgets for ADHD. I work with kids, and I have found these are awesome if they struggle with anxiety, ADHD or other mental health issues that make it difficult to focus. I would recommend for any kid that needs to be doing something with their hands. Great in particular for a school accommodation as it doesn't make noise or distract other kids

We've purchased several Tangle Jrs and really like them. I have one on my desk at work and fidget with it pretty frequently when I'm deep in thought on a project. I've even wrapped it around my finger like a ring and ended up in meetings with it... My 5th grade daughter has been taking one to school to play with to keep from doodling on her papers. I let her teacher know what it was for so that it could be monitored for distraction - either for my daughter or to her classmates. In over a year, it was not taken away and I noticed a decrease in the doodles on her homework and other work that comes home. This 3-pack was given to the teacher to use as prizes in the classroom. I'm not sure what they were given away for, but I know my daughter's classmates LOVE them.

The pieces pop apart and can be popped back together. I've never lost any pieces, and neither has my daughter. I spilled salad dressing on mine at work once and threw it in the kitchen sink with dish soap. Like any plastic piece, it came clean and dried quickly. Durable.

Purchased these as a "fidget" for a 4 year old who had difficulty staying focused long enough for us to read a book to him, even when we used animation, voices, etc. He loves these! I explained that they are to hold while we read, "when your hands just really want to move." He sits for a story now, hands busy with the fidget but watching and interacting with the book.

I received 3 of the Tangle Jr fidget toys for my autistic grandson. It is smaller than I thought it would be, but it's good for his small hands. Everyone in the house has been playing with one of these since 3 came in a set. They are fun, twist and turn every different direction. Keeps hands busy. The only thing I would suggest is trying to make the set of 3 different colors. I received 2 of the same colors and with autistic children, you just never know what is going to work.
