I disliked it at first. I don't even know how it works, but it does. It really helps my back pain and seems to increase circulation so painful, spasming nerves and muscles. I have severe Raynaud's and this has helped restore a bit of circulation to my feet when they are purple and numb. I am grateful to have found it... it's not comfortable but reparative.
Good for better blood flow and wake yourself up.

Ahh love these spikes. I use them to wake myself up. However, after some time, you become accustomed to the spikes but still it is nice. If you don't feel the spikes anymore like me, then I suggest that you do some jumps there, and it will wake you up.
