Being originally from San Francisco, I love seafood especially Dungeness Crab which I consider far and away having the greatest taste. I long ago learned how to clean them so it doesn't take me very much time. I use them in a fantastic Crab Salad, in my own crab cakes, Chioppino and crap cocktails.

We ordered these dungeness crabs from Maryland Blue Crab express a few weeks before Christmas. At the time they were offered as a shipment of 10 crabs. The price was right and included free shipping. Crabs were packed securely and individually wrapped. They were HUGE! Meat was tender and sweet. Required very little preparation. We enjoyed a great Christmas feast with the crabs as our main course.
