So far so good. Now to see how durable it is

Just put it up last year and so far it has withstood the winter in the Virginia mountains. Just wait and see how it works for the rest of the year. I did use six extra tie downs to the upper frame members to keep it from blowing away. I used steel fence post stakes to tie it down and bolted the vertical support legs to 20 pound cement bricks. It still tried to blow away in a moderate wind so that is why I tied it down to the stakes. So far so good. Now to see how durable it is.
Five Stars

LOVE this canopy (so far).
I purchased this for a vending event that I had in the forest, and we had CRAZY winds (this Canopy is NOT rated for high winds, but heavy snow) and it stood up and didn't let us down. We assembled it according to instructions, and we know everything was bungeed and velcroed tight, so nothing moved while the winds whipped around during the days of our 4 day event (the winds were a surprise to us!) The poles are very sturdy, and when staked down the frame doesn't move unless the sides are closed and the wind catches the sides (which I don't recommend unless you have the tent FULL of your merchandise, which we did, which is why we left the sides down). IF they do move, they don't move much... just a little sway.
The Sides and Top themselves are of a thick tarp material, and to be frank we never looked for the windows so I cannot say anything about them.
There is only one zipper on any of the walls, and it is at one end (so it could be a garage entry, I believe).
I would recommend getting the additional Anchor kit -- I believe it made all the difference with our vending space not blowing away! (I cannot tell you how fast the gusts were, but they were enough to pick other vending tents up and go flying with them, while we were good and secure, as was our merchandise (to a point.... we had very breezy but tolerable (and comfortable enough for patrons) conditions inside. Understandable with velcro and bungee attachments ;)
This Canopy is easy to assemble, and needs two people for best results in assembly.
All in all, so far, on our first use of this Canopy, we really like it and would recommend it.

Great canopy, use common sense and buy good add-ons.

UPDATE: After 2 years of use still going strong. It has survived multiple ice storms, wind storms and a few heavy snows. The only thing going south are the velcro straps for the windows/door. Sun rot causes them to tear easily. Not a big deal As I can replace those cheaply. The roof is still water tight (one tiny hole from ice easily patched). The blue tarp is my attempt to provide a water tight floor - worked for what I needed. The tent stakes have held without having to be reset and the base was key.
Great temp garage! I purchased this late last summer for my Corvair. Following several suggestions, I built a base of 2x10s and screwed the poles (they have three holes pre-drilled) into the 2x10s. This created a solid base for the canopy. Following the directions, I built this by myself in about 5 hours. Pay attention to the way you install the snow cables. The directions aren't the best, but I had no issues as long as I followed step by step. I purchased the extra bag of elastic ties as recommended by others and was very happy I did as there were not enough included with the basic canopy. I then purchased a cheap blue tarp for a floor using the elastic ties to create a waterproof 6 inch barrier around the perimeter. Finally I purchased a set (6) of vehicle cargo straps and military grade tent stakes (2 foot). All in all a total investment of about $500 including the canopy. It has survived 36 inches of snow, heavy winds and heavy rain. I had to knock snow off of it once (about 2 feet worth) but it basically slid off on its own. The canopy has performed very well. Has no issues to-date and has survived pretty much one of our worst winters here. I highly recommend this canopy IF you use the military grade stakes - don't bother buying the stake kit from King Canopy as they are worthless. Also, the wood base and tie downs are key. Lastly, if you are putting this canopy up, remember, it is basically a parachute until you tie it down. use the straps from the beginning and avoid mistakes others have listed here.
