I have to say that these really work to curb the desire to smoke. I usually break my mints in half and it works out better for me using 1/2 at a time. I also purchased a fake cig, basically plastic with a mild mint flavor and that really helped on day 1 and 2. Only thing I don't care for is the dispenser. Hard to get open, but the size is good to carry in your pocket.

I did not realize these were mini lozenges. I thought I was ordering the big ones. These are stronger flavor than the bigger ones. They burn my mouth really fast and remains that way for an extended period of time. I ordered the bigger ones. The company does not take returns, so now I don't know what to with the mini.

these are a good alternative to the gum. but i end up just chewing them quick. I prefer the patches more than the lozenge or gum. they are better for an even dose 24/7.

If you are trying to stop smoking, I promise this works! Though a nicotine replacement, it allows you to go from 4mg to their 2mg choice when you aren't craving them anymore.

I tried quitting on my own, cold turkey. It went miserably. One day I was walking home from work. I was desperate. I spotted a half burned cigarette in the lawn. It was at that moment I realized I was truly an addict, and needed help. These minis were recommended by my neighbor so I tried them. They worked immediately, and I haven't smoked once since I got them. Yes, when someone on TV or near me is smoking, I kinda want one, but I don't feel an overwhelming need to have one. Honestly I think I'm just addicted to these minis now, but at least my mouth is minty and they wont kill me.
