Amish Strawberry and Rhubarb jam. A great flavor pairing

This jam tastes really good, although I do wish there were actually identifiable strawberries. There are a few pieces of rhubarb strings which get stuck in my teeth but mostly it's just really nice to have jam that has been canned by hand.

Oh my goodness.. This jam is so good. It has been a long time since I found real Damson Plumb.. and Yes, there is a difference in this and regular plumb jam or jelly. I had to hide one jar because my husband ate almost all of it and my daughter talked me out of the other jar.. Sooo,, i am reordering ( without telling anyone..) You will not be disappointed..
