Overall it looks great and is a great piece in the living room. Very easy to put together, takes about 15 minutes tops. All pieces were in good shape, the only downside is the actual top half for functionality where it closes is a bit loose and only supported by one thing so it feels a bit flimsy and cheap if you're moving it.

This thing is great! Such a fun accent to a room HOWEVER it is not as big as it looks. It will NOT fit a standard bottle of wine, wine glasses or most 750ml liquor bottles.
Decanters are tricky too, you need one less that 10 inches tall. Bormili Rocco makes one that fits perfectly for about $10.00, sold on amazon. (Search 'decanter' on amazon, it is usually the first item that pops up)
Glassware has to be short! I bought 6in tall highball glasses and they fit, but when I put all six of them in the side compartments, the lid didn't fit. So go with short with stems, the stem gives you a little more move room when you close the lid. I went to the thrift store and bought a bunch of different stemmed glassware really cheep, found one that fit, then shopped at a kitchen store to find something similar.
Over all, not bad for under 90 dollars, looks cool, pretty stable, good size (doesn't take up a lot of room, ok for someone in an apartment). If you are getting it for a gift, let them know about the height restrictions (maybe just buy them that decanter to go with it) and don't be discouraged if you don't find glassware that fits right away!!

Decent quality for the casual to occasional drinker, but more of a nice artsy aesthetic compliment to a gentleman's small office space then for daily use or as a bar substitute. Arrived quickly, quite easy to assemble, has a decent antique finish look to it, but probably would not hold up to constant use over a short period, but for the price, what do you expect?
Watch the size! Looks a wee bit larger in the pic, and the size INSIDE the globe is further constricted by the decanter/glass shelf setup. to the point where you could feasibly only store about one midsize decanter in the middle, and about 8 whiskey glasses around the side of it... so don't go thinking you're going to stuff a couple of bottles of tequila and a bottle of Jack inside the globe or you will be sorry! I had to put a few of my cordials back on top of the fridge! Read the dimensions and order accordingly!

Looks just like the pictures online. Arrived in a good box and very organized packaging. Instructions were pretty easy for me to decipher... but all pictures, no words. Took about 25 min to put together. Really not that difficult... and looks great!
Unfortunately, larger bottles of whiskey do not fit in the globe section (too tall)... so I guess I need smaller bottles of booze or decanters :)
I recommend this product/manufacturer to anyone who is looking for a globe bar. It would totally be 5 star if the map was seamless (mismatched stickers it looks like, but only from up close) and if my larger bottles fit in the globe. Though I suppose I could have purchased a larger globe bar.
