I fit an top quilt and bottom quilt from Enlightened Equipment, both rated at 0 degrees and 850 fill down. Compacted them down till the size of a volleyball! fit so well in my pack. This is a good size for a large mummy bag or quilts for hammock camping!! Would buy again if needed. This is the lightest compression sack I found!

Bought the 16L. Weights in at only 2.5 oz. I was able to stuff my 1# down quilt bag into it within about a minute. I can compress my quilt to a square about 2/3 the size of a basketball - I'm sure I can compress it even smaller but I don't want it to lose too much of it's loft. Gives me more options as to where to place the bag. Highly recommend this piece of gear - especially for those who carry down sleeping bags or quilt for you next ultra light backpacking trip. Looking forward to taking this piece of gear up to base camp below Mt Lyell in Yosemite this summer. Thanks for a great product! Great price too!
