Loved it in the beginning
Amazon Customer•July 17, 2017
Loved it in the beginning. It was easy to put up and did the job we needed it to do. However the first time we left it out in the wind, despite being weighed down with cinder blocks, it blew over and a pole arm broke. Not a big deal except I have been searching for a replacement arm for about 6 months. I have gotten no where. No company will give me exact measurements of their replacements arms because its a "ProSource" canopy, which they do not sell and wouldn't recommend me buying their replacement arm because it more than likely wouldn't fit. I have found absolutely no information on the company. I would hate to throw out an entire canopy because of one broken arm.
Great tent

This is a great tent. I bought it for the Farmer's Market I was participating in. It was easy to transport. I was able to set it up and take it down by myself when necessary (I many friendly helpers a lot of the time which was great). I bought the leg weights to help hold it down when the wind picked up. I also bought the side wall shade to cut out the sun's glare when it was setting which I would for sure do again. And the leg weights were important - one vendor's tent blew up and over their truck and became a mangled mess in the process. We were all glad it blew away from people nearby.
Decent for the price, but leaks in moderate to heavy rain.

Relatively easy to put up and take down - my complaint is that this tent (or mine at least) leaks. It leaked on the first use. The canopy material is a heavy fabric but it does not seem to be the fabric that is the problem, rather it's the seams running from the corners to the peak. In a light rain, it was OK, but when it rained hard there were 4-5 areas where there were dripping leaks.
On a good note, water did not pool on the canopy of this tent and regularly flowed off.

Not Heavy Duty or For Constant Use
Gabyeahyeah•April 18, 2016
Got this for outdoor usage every weekend for fall and spring through all weather conditions. We hold events during the day and need a reliable tent. Our last tent lasted the whole year and only fell apart during a storm. This tent fell apart with normal use and barely made it one season! I wanted to like it. The first day I got it out I noticed the legs were flimsy but I tried to be hopeful. It fell apart slowly. It's also really hard to fix once it starts falling apart. Maybe.. and it's a BIG maybe this tent would work better if it were put up and not taken down often.
PROS:
Thick cover, velcro is strong, seams are tight
CONS:
Frame legs and frame are thin, not sturdy at all
Joints are connected with plastic fittings where the frame pieces slide in and one bolt holds it together. Once the plastic wears off, it's a pain to fix. And if you don't fix it, it will.. it WILL.. fall apart.

Perfect for 10x10 Outdoor Vendor Spaces
Kelly Kerrigan•September 1, 2015
This is exactly 10x10 if you need to meet the requirements for a vendor booth. It would work for an indoor or outdoor space. Make sure your center pole is inserted correctly before you expand the frame. You can put this tent up by yourself if you must, but it is much quicker to have 1 other helper. Spread the canopy out as much as you can then ask for assistance pulling the top over the edges. The 2nd time you pop this up will be easier than the first, and so forth. Also, Take photos with your phone of how this Tent is packaged when you unzip it BEFORE you remove it from the carrier so you will know how best to pack it back up. We used bags of bird seed and Small bungee cords to weight the tent down at our outdoor event. YES, you will need weights. The tent is sturdy, but even on a sunny day the wind can cause gusts and this is basically a sail and anything can and will happen. Be smart and don't be responsible for injuring others or damaging other vendors and their art.
