Works ok. It's a little on the light side so heavy wind can bunch it up at one end of the pool. The last one I had was a bit thicker, even very heavy wind didn't touch it. It's amazing the difference a slightly heavier mil can make.
The plastic bubbles are all falling off and our pool is awash in little blue plastic garbage. It's actually worse than useless

This is our second solar blanket. The first was the "top of the line", heavy, expensive solar blanket. It was junk in 2 years. In fact, I shouldn't have used it a year ago. I decided to go cheap with this blanket, and this is working just fine. Plus, it's loads easier to handle than my first solar blanket. I'll be happy to get 1-2 seasons out of this blanket.

The cover failed just before the 2 year mark. It started to tear by itself, and most of the little bubbles popped, causing a big mess in the pool. Before that, it was OK. I contacted the mfg multiple times to see what they would do for a pro-rated warranty claim (it has a 3 yr warranty), but the company just ignored me every time I would write an email.

Purchased this cover at the beggining of the summer and it was the best thing I ever did! I live in upstate NY and the nights can be very cool especially in Aug. Now we have use of the pool much longer then we ever have before! Great product! The only thing that could be said as a negative, is the bubbles pop very easily, so care must be taken when removing or covering!
