Just like another reviewer said, this also works in a Dell Vostro 470. How nice of Dell not to include a hard drive caddy in their case. Buying this saved me the aggravation of calling them and jumping through hoops for them to ship me another one.
This caddy is very easy to install, it snaps right onto the hard drive then slides and snaps right in place.
Meanwhile I'm still trying to figure out why Dell insists on mounting their hard drives upside down where the circuit board is more likely to collect dust. Hmmm.

First thing... This is a good value vs. the price from others -- especially if you try to buy directly from Dell. The quality is pretty good. The plastic feels a little bit less expensive than I would've expected from Dell OEM, but it is very serviceable. This fit in a Dell Optiplex 9010 midtower, but NOT perfectly. It was a little bit snug and needed coaxing to lock into place. Overall, I would buy this again for something like a hobby computer setup or non-corporate box. Product arrived promptly and in good condition.

I'm writing this just to let you know that this fits in my new OptiPlex 3020 Minitower BTX Base. I searched before purchasing and was unable to confirm that this would fit in my computer. It is not 100% identical to the existing caddy and fits tightly; however it does latch and will slide in and out with a little extra force. I'm not planning to pull my drive unless it needs to be replace so I don't view this as a problem. The important point is that it does fit. I would give it 5 stars if it slide in and out as easily as the existing drive caddy.
