Love this piece! Did a lot of searching before choosing this buffet. It is very solid and beautiful. The instructions were clear. I'd advise reading through some of the reviews, some give great hints on making assembly a bit easier. There are a couple parts that will go more smoothly if you have an extra pair of hands. Hubby put it together 99% by himself in only about 2hrs. He loves it so much he's wanting to purchase another one to bookend this one in our dining room.

This is our third Home Styles purchase. It's a great-looking piece, and I would say that the finish looks even nicer than in the photo. Sturdy, real wood for all the major parts. Good instructions, clearly labeled parts, hardware separated into individual bags (very helpful). Excellent value. It took 4-5 hours to put together.
Perfect size for our small kitchen, really good piece.

We love this cabinet! It has an elegant "polished-rustic" look that is perfect for what we wanted. It's heavy duty and very stable. We have it next to our fridge so we cannot anchor it to keep from tipping, but don't feel that's necessary at all with it sitting on solid floor. We got the Cottage Oak color and it is just as pictured. It definitely took 2 people and a couple of hours to put it together. Everything worked as it should, the directions were just fine, and the hardware was clearly marked. The only problem we had was that some of the cam bolts didn't lock right at first. We backed them out a bit (made them stick out longer) and they worked just fine. That was only about 4 or 5 that we had to adjust, most of them worked fine the first try. The drawers lined up very nicely. The lower doors are not aligned perfectly and there is no adjustment in the hinges; it would be really nice if there was! But I'm sure I can line them up with a shim or two on the inner hinge where it won't show. My husband doesn't mind it at all, and he's usually pickier than me about that stuff, so maybe I'm just being too fussy : ))

Looks great, fits in kitchen perfectly, sturdy, and was exactly what I was wanting. Plenty of room for my big microwave, knife block, and canister set.... And that is just on the main shelf. Also have my crockpot, "George Foreman" and electric skillet on the very top of hutch. Wine rack can be removed (or not installed) for an extra shelf space.

We were VERY surprised at the quality of this piece. My family couldn't believe that I paid only $450 (incl tax) for it. I have looked all over for something to go with my oak kitchen cabinets but I didn't want to spend $1000 or more. While this item is slightly darker than our medium oak cabinets it works. We had few problems putting it together (patience!) & the doors & drawers line up nicely. It is very heavy with a feel & look of quality. On a side note we ordered the matching table set & it was a much different color as the reviewers state it's very cherry colored. Such a shame when they describe it as a cottage oak finish as well. This piece does not have a drop of red or cherry to the color. I was very pleased to find my large serving pieces (trays, bowls) fit perfectly in the lower cabinet area (buffet) & the hutch also allows for a decent amount of glassware. I was also able to put a nice sized plant & a few decorations on top (just be sure to protect from water). I am so pleased to find a piece that adds to our kitchen & it also adds a ton of storage.
