Almost as soft as the one that Klystra sold a few years back before going out of business. I would prefer a little less distance between the two blow up balloons to provide more of a "squeeze" back there. Great quality, very well made hand pumps, very soft rubber pumps.
Pops and leaks easily, silicone is too thin

The balloons are too thin and they pop and leak easily, much to easily. There is no other alternative at this time so be careful, don't over-inflate.
Great device for little to no sphincter control

This is a large ballon to insert in the rectum. I would recommend this for people who only have little to no sphincter control like spinal cord injuries, etc.
