Great amp, poor

I have both the external speaker and the amp. Both are excellent. The added speaker lends ambience to home studio practice; just enough for small jams. The Amp itself plugged into a bigger speaker cabinet is perfect. My only complaint is the carrying case for the Lunchbox. It's poorly made, fabric/padding is barely adequate, and the zippers are ridiculous. They snagged almost immediately, unable to resist the weight of the amp. So, do not pay extra for the case.
Pro approved. My wife loves it too.

Recommended by pre-eminent Canadian jazz guitarist Reg Schwager. Received into a home of professional musicians in which is to be found over 40 different amps, this powerful and lusty-voiced little appliance has loads of clean headroom, wonderful tonal range, a little-old-lady friendly weight and enough power to force the dog under the bed. The "ambience" setting adds dimension in a subtle chorus or delay manner, but with a decent digital reverb pedal, it' might just be the lightest, cleanest and best go-to jazz gigging guitar amp yet.
Very nice addition to ZT amp, but...

This cabinet adds a new dimension to the ZT Lunchbox amp. Suddenly pick attack and other subtleties are more audible. Tonal balance is better. But the build quality on this piece is not quite the same as the amp. The shell is covered with something resembling a very fancy metallic bumper sticker. Don't get me wrong, it's quite good, but not as good as the amp. Speaker, mounting and handle are all very sturdy tho. Also, I have a 20' heavy-duty Peavey speaker cable, and it is fun to stretch out the distance between the ZT amp and this cab.
Wow, just wow- this is a cool piece of gear!

I was blown away at how good this thing sounds, and how loud it is... I'm able to use it at full band rehearsals with acoustic drums and still be heard. Tone wise, I'd use this as a backup amp any day- amazingly, for the size of the speaker, it's well balanced, not tinny. This amp, a Pedaltrain Nano and a guitar in a gig bag, and it's one trip from the car to the stage or rehearsal space. And, because it's so tiny, I can also take my car to gigs instead of my beater van (at least when I don't have to haul the full PA.) Definitely well worth the investment!!
Great Mini Amp

This amp does everything well and takes up minimal space. I am using it with an acoustic electric guitar and love the projection it provides. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a very mobile unit with great sound projection capabilities.
