I love it. It sounds angrier and crisper than the worn out DC Sports muffler it replaced. It's slightly smaller than the old one, so it isn't quite as deep in tone, but god it looks and sounds good. I'll update with an audio clip later, as I just had it installed today.

It fit my 2016 GMC Canyon perfectly. The truck has a 2.75 inch pipe, this tip slides right over it. You will need to back out the screws to the max and then slide it in. I really love the new look with this tip !!
I did not cut the existing pipe, I just slid this one over the factory pipe. It takes in about 5 inches.
I used thread locker on the tightening screws.

Nice, beefly piece of work, looks good, changed the character of the exhaust note a bit, cut out some of the high end notes and lowered the volume just a little bit. REMEMBER to clean, if not sand, the exhaust pipe your are putting it on... works best if mount flanges are right at half inch from the end of the exhaust pipe.... Need to have some kind of sealer for the back edge to enclose the tip.

This tip looks great and installs easy(10mm). Make sure you tighten the bolts down tight, because its a heavy tip. Fits my 2.5 inch exhaust fine. As for sound I don't know about stock exhaust, but I have a 3" flow tech afterburner muffler that's reduced to a 2.5" outlet and it definitely made a difference in sound. Lower, smoother growl when shifting gears. It does sound the best at higher RPM's in my truck (2008 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 4.7L 6-speed manual). Highly recommended! Don't be fooled by the picture its flat black not high gloss. (plastic wrap)

I bought this tip for my 2011 Subaru Impreza 2.5i and was impressed with the look and surprisingly the notable sound difference in my exhaust... I didn't expect much of a sound change with only adding the tip, but it got a little deeper and throatier.
I am giving it 4 stars because I had to take a sawzall and cut two inches off my exhaust pipe to make it fit without sticking far out of the back end. I know the length is noted, but didn't know exactly what it would look like on.
After making the adjustment, it looks and sounds great... I have already recieved compliments ranging from "that looks awesome on that car" to the more passive "thanks for not going overboard with a coffee can sticking out the back, and sounding like your car runs on rice"
