Confused & frusterated

I originally orders 4- 3x3 and 1-3x5 they came and the 3x3's were thinner than the 3x5. So I planed to return the 3x3's and ordered 2- 3x5's to replace them. The 3x5's came today and they are thinner than the original 3x5! The description claims there all 1/2 " but I now have 1-3'x5' x1/2" and 2-3'x5'x1/4" & 4- 3'x3'x1/4". I would just keep the 1/4" but the ramp pices is 1/2" causing a trip hazard!
