As far as Oil finish goes, this is great stuff. It smells nice (I finished a Cello with it in my living room and the odor was actually a bit pleasant). I realized that I just don't like Oil based finishes. They're too finicky when it comes to temperature (It better be at least 70 degrees where you're working), and it takes forever for them to dry. There will be an oily residue for at least a week after the final coat has dried. This isn't something wrong with the product, it's just an aspect of oil varnishes that I realised I don't like. I highly recommend the Tried & True brand, but I don't think I'll use this exact product next time.

Good stuff. Be aware that this is wiping varnish and will not build a thick coat. Does benefit from thin coats and plenty of drying time between coats. But if you are looking for a hand rubbed oil finish option for your work, this will do that all day long

It's wonderful to use. It has a consistency like honey and you're supposed to use a very thin coat. Low odor, but the smell is actually really nice. Nothing at all like polyurethane or lacquer. I clean my hands with soap and water after I'm through.
This is my go-to for toys, jewelry boxes, and anything that didn't need a really tough or shiny surface. It's a nice, natural sheen somewhere between oil and a wipe on ploy.

Tried and True is my go to varnish. I use it to finish most of my finer furniture creations because it accents highly figured wood grain while smoothing the finish to the touch. This varnish produces superior results on Oak. I found applying 4 or 5 coats produces the best results.

I love it! Easy to use and really does a lovely job!
