Great thumb/wrist splint
D. Green•February 28, 2018
I have had multiple surgeries (both thumb/wrists) and this thumb splint gives me the support I need while being able to do my normal things. I highly recommend this product. It is comfortable to wear. I originally got my splint when I had therapy and when I found the same item on Amazon, I was thrilled! Price was resonable, too.
I do NOT think this was a Comfort Cool product. Too cheaply made

Ordered this splint, received on July 11. I wore it approximately 15 times. It came apart on August 12. I could not return after August 10. I wrote to the seller and have received no response. I do NOT think this was a Comfort Cool product. Too cheaply made. I am still trying to figure out how to tell Amazon about this faulty product. I have worn these splints from Comfort Cool for several years and they always last 8 months or longer. I would not recommend purchase of this product from this seller.
Just what the doctor ordered!

After having surgery on my thumb and wrist three months ago I needed a little support to get back into pickleball and golf. This brace is fantastic! It is totally comfortable and gives me the support I need. It is especially great for supporting the thumb. If I play without the brace I have discomfort for the rest of the day but when I remember to wear it I have no pain. It is not too hot either and I play in weather in the 90s. The thumb was a little tight because I got a medium instead of a medium+. The description says the only difference in a + is the thumb size. Instead of returning it I put the handle of a kitchen utensil to stretch it out for a few hours and now it is perfect.
Then my Occupational Therapist recommended this soft thumb splint/brace to wear at night

I injured my thumb many years ago, and over the years it became arthritic. I had to have a surgery called Ligament Reconstruction and Tendon Interposition. After I got my cast off I started doing hand exercises. Let me tell you, this sucker was sore! Then my Occupational Therapist recommended this soft thumb splint/brace to wear at night. Wow. It really helped with my rehab. A few years later, my other thumb started hurting. Is it an age thing? Overuse? I don't know. But, it hurt. I wanted to put off surgery on this one, so I ordered another one of these splints for the other hand. And it helped a lot!. Now when this thumb gets sore, I sleep with the splint on for a couple of nights. It feels so good that I've even worn it during the day as a reminder to not over work my hand. It is great. I'll probably still need to have surgery on this thumb as well, but in the meantime, this works. I highly recommend this product.
Great product!

Fantastic splint when a full spica splint is just too much. Still does a great job of immobilizing the thumb without the extreme pressure of the full on spica splint and doesn't immobilize your entire wrist. But buy two because they get dirty really easy and take forever to dry because they are hand wash and lay flat to dry...made of neoprene...no dryer!
