It's not bad. I save a ton on AA batteries. These battery packs have decent capacity. I have to be careful how I set the remotes in the dock because they don't always sit right which means they don't charge. After a little while the power cord got a short in it, so any time the cradle gets moved I have to wiggle the cord around and find JUST the right position to keep it running.
The blue LED in the right cradle stopped working. Normally the light is blue if the slot is empty or if the controller is done charging, and it's red while the remote charges. My left cradle still works this way, but the right one lights up red while charging and isn't lit otherwise. This isn't a big deal and only cosmetic, except that it made me think for a little while that the right slot completely stopped working so I was only charging one at a time.

Bought this in July, and my son said the battery pack itself fell apart!! smelled something burning!!

Will not charge consistently

Bought these to replace another charging station whose batteries died. Installed but you have to get the controllers just right in the station before they charge. Found the best way, that worked most of the time is to put a penny behind the phone and then at least one of them would charge. They also do not keep a charge well, as I can pick up a controller and it will not turn on. Even though the light is blue (not charging). Maybe the best method would be to have the blue meaning on, green charged and red charging. Oh Well.

Great product for the price fits snug in all wii remotes i have and batterys are still going strong up until today!!
I dont know how long a battery will go with out charge tho because the remotes sleep on the dock but i do know when their fully charged they last until the next week end and works fine friday to sunday and then friday to sunday again.
