These are absolutely beautiful dishes and the business gives outstandingly excellent service. Three cups of the full setting were damaged in my original order. I know it was no fault of theirs due to a delivery process not in their control. However, I immediately got a real person on their contact phone. He was cordial and quicky remidied the situation. Three beautiful replacement cups came in two days. I'll buy again, for sure!

I have doubts about the authenticity of these plates.
I have owned several plates, bowls, cups, etc. of Churchill Blue Willow China for at least a decade, and the logo on their back is a lion. When I purchased the plates from this seller, I sent the seller a message asking what logo is on the back. The seller sent me a photo, and when the actual plates arrived, I also took a photo. As you can see, all three logos are different.
I have tried researching whether Churchill changed their logo over time, but did not find anything to support that.
Also the plates are of poor quality: the glaze is all bumpy.
I'm returning the plates, but giving them two stars for prompt shipping, prompt response from the seller, and the plates did arrive in one piece (not broken or chipped).

This is indeed a charming little tea cup that lends an air of authenticity to the common ritual of tea drinking. The appeal comes half from the fact that it was crafted in England, and half from the theme of the design. Really must get the saucer for it. A nice cup for the occasion of tea and conversation.

I am very happy with this Churchill teapot. It matches my china, which is really Johnson Brothers Blue Willow, but the price of this teapot is so much cheaper than the Johnson Brothers that I took a chance on it and it is just fine and matches fines.
