Nice But 1 Arrived Damaged

I could only give it 4 stars, because I ordered 2 of them, and 1 came with quite a few small dents, almost like dimples, in the base. I just placed that one, in My Bathroom, where it's not seen much, by Others. The outside package was NOT damaged, therefore the damage on the unit, itself, MUST have been there, PRIOR to shipping. This is quite disappointing.
As for the design, and appearance of this unit, it is PERFECT, and I've received quite a few compliments, along with the comments: "that's what I need, for My/Our Bathroom; and, "I like the idea that it can be moved,, wherever You want it."
Just pay more attention, to how it's handled, PRIOR to shipping, and 5 star Reviews, will be normal.

I received this product back in August. I just put it together and began using in my master bathroom. I went to change the roll for the first time and the part that holds the toilet paper roll came completely off of the screw that holds it in place. It will not reattach, it has to be defective. I am extremely disappointed in this product, especially since the return window has closed and I am stuck with a defective product.

I've never understood the idea of spending so much time in the bathroom that you actually need to have reading material handy to pass the time, I personally go in there only when I need to and leave just as soon as I'm done. However, my husband views life otherwise so this is nice. It keeps his reading material handy and spare toilet paper available even though I still seem to be the only one who knows how to operate the holder mechanism. Some people just can't be house trained.

The packaging had obviously gotten wet at some point but arrived dry- the item itself showed some rusty spots and the corrugate was stiff and wrinkled- but the item, once assembled, is totally fine and looks great. The rust appears to only be in the threaded areas that attach together, so a little WD-40 and it all assembled fine.
