The one that was supposed to be with this order for my oars perfect and the other bigger size is flopping around

They sent me two different oar size grips, one was bigger than the other. The one that was supposed to be with this order for my oars perfect and the other bigger size is flopping around, I didn't notice in time before i cut them to fit my oars so I can't return. Very displeased with this and would love for it to be fixed.

Super tight fit for my unknown brand oars but got them to fit. Definitely want to hear in hot water and add some soap to the inside to help get on. Not much padding but lots of grip which is important over padding, in my opinion.
Closed-Ended, had to cut end off

I didn't realize they were closed-ended on the one end. Had to snip off the end to slide to the middle of my oars.
