Love
I'm really happy with this purchase
Amazon Customer•February 24, 2018
So far, I'm really happy with this purchase. The extra long measuring tube lets me accurately capture bigger and consecutive storms without the gage running over. I live in Missouri where the 100year/24 hour storm event is about 8 inches. If you live to the southeast you might have storms that occasionally exceed this gage, but it works great for most storms, and almost any storm north and west of Missouri. The stand is unique and esthetically stylish in my garden/yard area. Recommend without reservation.
Not accurate.
Dennis Lee Stevenson•September 15, 2016
This rain gauge is not accurate, not even close. usually displays 2 to 3 times as much rain as you actually get. Very disappointed especially for the price. The rain must hit the dragonfly and run in the tube. I've checked the accuracy several times next to a rain gauge that I know is accurate.
Very cool looking and functional

It is a little difficult to read and the glass tube broke for some unknown reason as it sat there about 2 weeks after placement.
