Wok Hei Achieved!

I LOVE Cooking with my new wok on this. My family does too.
It is worth each penny I paid for. Excellent, compact, sturdy and versatile.

This product is awesome. I really rally like the way you can store it. You basically can remove the legs and accommodate them in the bottom of the burner. It uses very little space and can be stored safely.
The burners is very potent. The construction of the structure is sturdy and having 2 different heights make it versatile depending on what kind of vessel you want to use.
I was wondering on the total weight it can handle in the low and high position. Before buying it it tried to clarify that and in this thread there are several comments and questions about it. The user manual only mentions vessel volumes but not weight, so I contacted Eastman Outdoors with this particular question and they replied saying it can handle 55 lbs in the lower position and up to 20 in the high position.
The only negative comment on this product is the user manual. It is complicated, long and with very poor quality images.
I strongly recommend it

Just purchased a turbo jet....No other burner on the market could compete with this......I removed the brackets and replaced it with a wok ring,easier for cooking Chinese ...I love it....I had never used a wok burner before but you would never know when you see my video...It's took me months to get that level..Check the video and you'll see what I mean...

Assembled will without problems. Legs are not easy to retract for storage but sturdy. Used for wok cooking. Much better than my previous burner.

Great burner for our homemade disc wok. With the burner cranked up the wok was over 600 deg. Height of the burner is perfect. Would have given it 5 stars if one of the knobs didn't come broken in the box. We called Eastman and it was no problem getting it replaced. After reading the other reviews was not surprised that the knob was damaged. Needs better packaging or Eastman needs to put knobs in a small box and not installed on the legs. Other than that we love it.
