NIce pot rack.

Rack was a little crooked coming out of the box, but we were able to twist it slightly to get it all on one plane. Works well and is sturdy and attractive. Meets our needs.
Good value for the money.

While I may have preferred a sturdier (i.e more expensive) pot rack, I liked the style of this one and it is adequate for the money. The frame is a little warped but when it has been hung and has a bunch of cookware suspended from it, you don't notice. One of the hooks on the grill (the part that sits in the middle) was bent and had to be straightened so we could get it to hang on the frame properly. (The grill, also, was a bit warped but ultimately looks fine.) We hung our rack from four eye screws (all included in the hardware package), rather than two, for stability. Since I wanted them hung where there were no joists (of course...that would have been too easy!), we used welding rods (probably about the size of 12 or 10 gauge wire) to poke up through the ceiling where the screws were to go and hubby screwed in 2 x 6 sections of wood perpendicular to the joists where the screws needed to go in and it worked like a charm. We opened the loops holding the chain at the end with the smaller hook (the one that hooks into the eye screw, not the pot rack) just enough to be able to adjust the chain as needed and simply hung the last link of the chain on the opened loop so as not to have to cut any links (see photo). (The ceiling in our kitchen is only 8' so we could not use the full length of the chain.) The pot hooks are substantial but did not really fit the 3/4" thick handles of my cookware so I ordered some Enclume hooks which fit my fat-handled pans more comfortably. (I still use the ODI hooks for the equipment with "normal" sized handles.)

I deducted one star for the warped frame and grill and bent hook which had to be corrected for the grill to hang on the frame properly but I do not believe these issues compromised the strength or detracted from the appearance of this pot rack.
Scared to use it in an earthquake zone

Put it up in the kitchen, the ceiling hooks properly screwed into joists with a 1/4" pilot hole you could hang an elephant from, and the rack as a whole and hooks are very strong. But when you lift the pan off the hook, unless you're very careful, the hook comes off the rack. This made me think they'd all jump off in an earthquake (we live on the Hayward fault). So back it went - too bad, it's cool and a good bargain.
Perfect height for a 9' ceiling

The hardest part about installing was finding the ceiling studs. I figured I needed to put the
hooks into studs because of the total weight with all the pans. And I found that the people
who built our house did not put the studs on center. Where I wanted the rack they were 26"
apart instead of 24". Otherwise, the rack is perfect for our open kitchen.
Some difficulties

Pros:
Satin nickel finish
Frees up cabinet space

Cons:
Slightly warped pot rack that needed adjusting with screwdriver.
Slightly bent pot rack shelf and we had to muscle the hooks over it properly when it should fall smoothly into place.
One damaged ceiling hook that luckily still went into the stud.
More movement side to side then I expected or prefer when removing pots and hanging them.

If I could do this again, I would go to a higher price point to hopefully avoid installation difficulties and a pot rack that is slightly warped and moves a little bit more than I prefer.
