Update: I returned this and bought the Felpro kit for the heads and full intake for $65. Basically it has almost everything in it from the cylinders up @ $65. Ordering this bbk kit cost me almost a week.
Original: I dont know who put this "kit" together, but it is a complete waste of money. All that came in this kit is the gasket for between the upper and lower intake. For some reason they put two of them in the box and call it a "kit". The lower intake gaskets that go between the heads and the lower intake ARE NOT INCLUDES in this "kit". I dont know how this can even be called a "set" or "kit" when it only contains one gasket, and not even half of the gaskets the intake requires to be installed. For $90 more you can get every gasket for the entire engine. I bought this to get started on port matching my intake to my heads while my engine is on a stand and basically got ripped off. This should not be sold as listed, and selling a gasket for $25 people normally seal with RTV is crazy. I wasnt even going to use this gasket since RTV between the upper and lower seals it perfectly. Someone needs to tell the morons at BBK that an "intake manifold gasket set" is supposed to have ALL the gaskets for the "intake manifold" part it claims to be a "set" for or it is false advertising. This IS NOT what you need to install an intake. Why the hell they put two of these in the box blows my mind. Unless you own a shop and are installing two of these intakes you only need one gasket. You get the two gaskets to the right of the box in the pic and that is it. The two gaskets on the box itself are not included even though when you receive it it will say "Premium Header Kit" on the box.
Blows my mind the people at BBK could be so stupid. I should have just bought the full 302 FelPro kit instead of thinking I could just get the gaskets I need for the intake and port matching by themselves in a kit. I would be much happier spending four times what I did and throwing away extra gaskets I wont use VS buying this and having nothing I need to even start the work I need to do. I've lost all faith in BBK for getting what is described after this. I have a ton of their parts too. This kit is just a bad joke. I never include pics, but this time I had to just to show the box in the pic is completely deceptive. When you get this it is clear those two gaskets are not included. They arent even the size on the box they show in the pic here. In the pic here they are the size of the actual gasket you would receive. I figured they were the lower intake gaskets since they look a lo9t like header gaskets. nope, just a deceptive picture. As you see when they are side by side with no editing it is clear the two gaskets are not included.
