I don't even write reviews but I had to for ...

I don't even write reviews but I had to for this... I purchased this case back in May. I didn't get to roll it out the house for my first event until September. By the time I got home, ALL 4 WHEELS were ripped out of the bottom board. A total piece of s***!!! The box itself is ok but without the wheels there's no point in owning this!!!
Never worked from the start

When I tried to first put the case together, the holes for the base didn't line up perfectly and were super hard to attach. The lids also don't line up correctly and are really hard to get on and off. The base is made of particle board and just chips off. Don't buy
Horrible quality. Did not even last one day

I have never in my life written a review on a product (I purchased these on my mothers account) but this product was so awful I felt the need to do so to prevent other people from experiencing my misery. I purchased 2 of these while in a pinch. I needed new amp racks in 3 days so the amazon prime 2 day shipping worked out perfectly. I knew that these were not the best quality of amp racks but in reality these were only going to be used about 2-3 times a year so I figured they would be fine. After hours of putting the cases together and installing our amps we were wheeling them outside, went over the doorway "bump" and the wheels completely ripped off the bottom of the case. They did not even make it out of the building they were in. We continued to use them because we had no other option but by the end of the weekend (only loading on and off the trailer once) all four wheels on BOTH cases were completely ripped out. These are a complete waste of money. DO NOT BUY!
The only plus side was that they have an easy refund policy.

Nice sturdy case for the money! Mine has over 200 pounds of equipment installed and rolls easily/works well.

This is a nice strong roller box. The only oddity is that the wood platform that holds the wheels is not evenly spaced. It sticks out an extra couple inches on either the front or back whichever way you attach them. This is not a problem except that the bolts that attach the wheels on the side that sticks out can obstruct the cover on that side from fitting easily. (see below). Others mentioned it is flimsy: That is true if you plan to leave it empty, but then why would you buy it in the first place. Once you have equipment screwed into the rack strips it is like a tank. I have 4 heavy (old) Crown amps and one light (new) Pyle amp screwed into it. All supported only by the front screws and totaling almost 200 pounds and it rolls around fine and is solid as concrete. Others also complain about trouble getting the front and back on: the doors fit perfectly... however, the screws/bolts that hold the feet on protrude up from the bottom enough that the cover that is on that side needs to be 'convinced' to slide over then and mate with the slot and locks. This is relatively easily done by whacking it with your hand or knee. Others have also complained that it is made of particle board, it is not, it is thin, but it is plywood.
Fair quality great price

Overall this amp rack is of decent quality as the price reflects its not as good as a road ready but it also costs $100 less. I have had it about a month now and seems to hold up well there are a few bubbles in the covering on the front panel but nothing major. Also I left my 6u by 10u slant rack sitting on top of it and the rubber feet left marks on the covering as it caused the covering to move. Overall it seems like it is a good case especially for the price and it is nice that it comes with casters. The casters are solid and seem like they will hold up well.
