Finally - foot relief!
Michael✓ Verified PurchaseSeptember 18, 2023
Perfect! Immediate relief. I used these first, to easily determine how much shim I needed on each foot. Then I switched to Bike Fit Wedges for my permanent solution. Make sure you have 'high volume' shoes, especially if you need more than one per foot - I use a wide size of Shimano cycling shoes and there is enough room, even for 2 wedges.
The amazing solution to my knee problems!!!!!

Someone recommended these to me because I was having so many knee issues while cycling. I spent like $200 on a bike fitting, got a new saddle, tried correcting my form, adjusting my seat height, but NOTHING worked. I was very limited by the amount of riding I could do. When I ordered these online and received them in the mail, I was pretty cynical. But after putting them in my biking cleats and going for a 40-miler, I was pain-free for the first time. I didn't want to get too excited too soon, so I just kept going on long rides to see if the pain would come back. It didn't!!!!! Thanks to this product, I will be doing my first century ride, which I NEVER would have been able to do with my knee pain. I just did a 68-miler today (with hills) and have ZERO knee pain!!! What a miracle!!!!! Whoever invented these is a GENIUS!!!!!
Works well but takes up some room.

These appear to work as described but since it does fit in the shoe as opposed to under the cleat, it does take up a slight bit of room inside. If you have wide feet like me, it can make the shoe fit tighter.
Immediately better!! Highly recommended!

I don't normally write reviews but....... using the inserts instantly fixed the metatarsal bump pain I was having on both feet. After a long ride both were fine. I highly recommend giving these a try!!
Working with a professional is always better, but if you understand pronation and the importance ...

After tons of experimenting with Bikefit cleat wedges, I ended up using three cleat wedges in one shoe and 2 in the other. But the 3-wedge shoe just wasn't right. I added an ITS wedge and perfection! Total linear mechanics while cycling know! I advise testing in front of a mirror whike on a trainer. You need to feel and see no lateral knee movement.

I also use two ITS wedges in one running sneaker and one ITS wedge in the other, in addition to one ITS wedge for each HEEL. Just trim to fit the smaller heel area of the sneaker. They go under my Superfeet Green. It takes a lot of experimenting, patience and an honest observations to get the right fit. Try one at a time and take photos/videos and write down your observations.

Working with a professional is always better, but if you understand pronation and the importance of linear mechanics, and you only ride/run recreationally, you can do this yourself. For anybody who rides/runs hard, you'd be crazy to risk your joints to save a few hundred dollars on a bike fit or custom orthotics.
