Product works exactly as described I actually like the way my hair turned out and it works amazingly I would definitely recommend to anybody who has had an issue with hair dye being the wrong color or just a really bad build up of hair dye on your hair

Did better job then I thought. If you have think or long hair buy more then one box!

This worked fantastically to get rid of the years of red and black dye WITHOUT damaging my hair. The only other time I've tried to strip color out of my hair was with bleach (professionally done), and I ended up with a lot of broken strands. This is a fantastic alternative and yes, there is a sulfur smell to it that lasts for about a week, but it's worth it if you want the results. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS TO THE LETTER, and make sure to take care of your hair afterward with clarifying shampoo, (I used John Frieda Beach Blonde Cool Dip), and a hydrating conditioner (I used OGX Hydrate Repair Argan Oil of Morocco).

This stuff is awesome! It smells a little funny, similar to perm solution but it's worth it! At first I didn't think it was working because my hair still looked kind of dark but I left it on for a little over an hour and followed the instructions, I did use a deep conditioner after washing because it felt like it needed it! I will definitely use again if I need to and will recommend!

I dyed my hair black monthly for five months.
It was dry and breaking so I decided to undo some damage.
This product removed a bit, but not nearly all of the color and I was left with hair that looked like a sunset. Pretty, but not practical.
I tried the second box to see if more color would come out and it didn't.
I'm headed to a salon soon to fix it.
