First one came damaged, but it was no hassel, no argument with the company. They sent out another and then called to make certain it arrived safely! Definitely will order again from them. The bench is also MUCH better then I expected. Once assembled, very sturdy and heavy to take anything that comes it's way. Great item for shoe storage at our front door and the baskets hold the dogl leashes and other small items for walks. We recently moved and took it with to the new house. So well built, no problem moving it,

My first review because I was so happy! First of all, the packaging protected all the pieces from damage. Loved how the hardware was packaged, not in a jumbled mess, but in individual sleeves. Also, I've come to expect back panels being provided with brad nails, this one had small screws...so much better for long-term use. The drawers were constructed with substantial components and are very sturdy. Lots of reviews were critical of assembly and I agree it was a little tricky, however I feel it deserves 5 stars!

Words cannot describe how much I hate this piece of junk "furniture". It is cheaply made, difficult to assemble - seriously, even IKEA wouldn't sell this thing - and unsteady. The holes for the dowels are drilled way to big, the cam locks don't adequately lock, and the entire unit is a wobbly mess trying to get all the holes to line up during assembly. I would send the damn POS back, but don't feel like trying to fit it back into the box. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this purchase; don't make the same mistake.

Great product!!! Mine came with instructions that weren't the best but we knew what to do from putting together several pieces of furniture before. It took me and my husband about 30 mins to finish. We loved it!!! It looks even better then the photo and it seems to be very study. I would definitely recommend this entryway bench!!! Just what I was looking for and the perfect size too!!!!
