Highly recommend the cupping set

Highly recommend the cupping set, the case is perfect to store and travel. Both my husband and I use the cupping and find it to be effective for our health and circulation. Easy to use, even in hard to reach places of the body, for the extention tubing aids in those areas. Reminder: you must apply a oil to help the cups to stay in place.

I broke my back in an accident and discovered cupping from my acupuncturist. It really does make a difference in the areas you treat. This has been a great set for a couple months with no issues. Just make sure you apply them on the correct spots and not directly on an injury. They are easy to clean and have propped suction. They will stay even without using oil. I highly recommend this set.
Wish there were bigger cups

Christmas present for my parents. They love it. They love the extension so it can be done with just one person. I gave 4 stars because even the biggest sized cup is not very big. If you do cupping on your back, you would want to use some bigger cups. But it's still doable.

This is the answer to all my problems when it comes to pain throughout my body. You don't have to be a Dr. to do this on yourself and that's what I love about it. There's been soooo many times where my arm hurts out of no where or my back is killing me, so all I do is lay down, place the cups where it hurts and the pain goes away. I'm constantly recommending this form of therapy to my friends and family. Don't knock it till you try it.

Great and best part is being able to put it in boiling water to kill viruses and germs (10-15 seconds).
