5' 7" inch female @200 lbs, this is perfect bouyancy for me. Love stretchy (but not TOO stretchy) belt, which can give a nice snug fit. There are about 9" of belt left over when it's in place.

I have two aqua fitness belts, one at home and one at my son's so that I can do my water exercises when visiting. The belt is just as it is advertised, light, fits well, comfy and easy to use. For the times when I cannot do my regular swim the aqua belt is fantastic for walking in the water, and also for doing some water aerobics. Great product!

Absolutely love this aqua jogger. I have a hip problem so I have PT in the water 3 days a week. I enjoyed the exercises I learned at PT, I decided I needed a belt for home so I could do my water exercise 7 days a week. This was a great investment for me since the only exercise I can have at this time is in the water. The belt is comfortable and does not ride up as I am water jogging. This belt stays in place, it's also great for the water pilates I learned. My feet can't touch the bottom of the pool floor when I am exercising, this was the perfect thing for me. Happy Jogging!!

5'6 155lbs. This keeps my head above water and a little bit of my shoulders while running in 10 feet of water in a swimming pool. The belt makes you feel like you need to lean forward a little and you have to lean back to stay vertical. I tighten it pretty snug and after 45 minutes of water running my ribs started to hurt a little and I felt the need to loosen it. At 1 hour I was ready to take it off. Maybe I will get use to it after I use it more.
