A great budget bass! Sounds great after getting a professional setup.

This is a great budget buy! Be aware that you will probably spends another few hundred dollars getting it set up properly.
My only complaints:
* One of the strings broke when my bass was getting set up.
* The strap on the case popped off when I tried to put it on my back. The bass hit the ground and got a few nicks.
But, for the money, it's amazing. I get nothing but compliments when I play this. It's beautiful.

I brought this double bass for my daughter's 16th birthday. this bass is so beautiful in person than on the picture shown. it looked like it had just been made. it also had a pretty white trim, not shown in the picture either. totally awesome, it was the gift ever. thank you so much

Very nice bass. And it survived ten days in the back of a hot trailer, all the way across I-10. It was five days late. The strings were too tight, so the bridge didn't slip right on. Other than that, it's working like a dream. Full size 30 inch bow, big, nice. The rosin isn't sticky enough...
