When the Pandemic started, our stores here in Hawaii rapidly sold out of toilet paper (like the rest of the nation) as well as rice and ALL PASTA. I could not find Pasta anywhere. We love De Cecco pasta, but our local grocery chain charges a preventative amount for it. We can get it for a reasonable price through Amazon, and get a bunch of it at once. No downside. So far, we haven't found a comparable pasta, especially for the price, and we eat a ton of the stuff. Perfect bite, perfect taste... if I had a gripe, I'd say that you have to cook it for one minute less than the recommended al dente time in order to get it properly al dente, but once you know that, you're golden.
