Not that great.

Quite flimsy even in car. Clip is very stiff as well, it's difficult to clip on anything. The radius of the handle is very short so you essentially have to clip it right where you want it and not move it. I'll likely be buying the old fashion window kind.
Simple, Easy to Use, Keeps Baby Cooler
Mary Peble•July 4, 2017
We use this on our stroller and in the car every day. It's easy to move the arm, and it stays in the position you direct it. The clip is very strong. The shade is large enough to cast a shadow over most of our six-month-old baby. This product is far superior to fabric canopies, blankets, and extra clothing, because those things can contribute to overheating on hot days. Keep the breeze and the fresh air circulating over your baby! Use this shade to protect their skin.
Did not last long.

Lasted 3 months before it broke. I gave it 2 stars incase we were just hard on it. I bought it because it could be adjusted by our daughter as the sun moved during our drives. I guess it got moved around too much. Not very impressed over all. I will try another brand next time. Worked great until it broke. Would be great it you needed to keep it stationary, but that is not really its function.
Super flimsy!! A breeze makes it useless. Waste of money.

I bought this to use for walks with my daughter and it blocks the sun which is why I gave it 2 stars but is so incredibly flimsy that a very slight breeze blows it around so it's almost useless. Without something to block her a very slight zephyr causes it to hit her in the face so yea that doesn't help me out at all. I am using it with a car seat in a stroller so I can rig it to lean on the handle of the car seat but once she is just in the stroller forget it. Not worth the money.
Portable and secure

I bought this to use in the car on the off chance that my son was facing the direct sun and the tinting wasn't effective. I don't keep it on all the time but its a quick solution when he fusses if the sun is in his eyes. We actually ended up using it most often when we are out and about with the umbrella stroller that has a wimpy sunshade. It packs up small and can be tossed in the diaper bag easily.
