Horrible. Purchased on December 13, it is now February 18. I work as a mechanic, meaning I need shoes that are going to hold up in some rough conditions, and be slip resistant. Being comfortable would be a nice bonus too. These shoes have failed to meet the mark on every front. I had to replace the insoles within the first week because of my feet aching. The tread is more than half worn off. The shoe laces have broken. Just yesterday the toe split clean off from the rest of the shoe. Look at the pictures! And to top it off, when I was out shoveling snow, I stepped and my foot slid out from under me. I will NEVER buy another wolverine product. Even the boots from Walmart last longer than a month!

I hate to rate these shoes this low as they're comfortable, fit perfectly and a great price, however after 3 months of use the fabric on the top where the steel toe ends has now ripped, exposing the fabric that your feet are covered. Now I'll have to find another long term solution. I am an electrician but going up and down ladders is the heaviest use I put them through so I am very sad to see they didn't last long.

Unfortunately there are two issues that will cause me to return these: the petroleum/gas like smell is very strong. The fit in width is very narrow. The shoes do appear to be very rugged and will made however.

These shoes were comfortable when I wear them, however I have only had these shoes 5 months and they are already destroyed. the stitches have busted open, the rubber soles are tearing apart. I did not even wear these every day. Only warn about 3 days a week for 5 months.... I wish they lasted cause they were comfortable

The material over the toe and on the sides does not hold up to walking. Just behind the safety toe began tearing after 2 weeks. By 3 months the safety toe was showing and the boots looked quite ragged. These are not suitable for daily wear, and do not conform to the standards that I am used to from the Wolverine brand
