arrived with the wrong parts--it is missing a major bar that supports the ladder and arrived with two of the bar that had the swing. Also missing bolts and washers. This made assembly very frustrating and we were too far into setup to be able to take it apart and send it back. Also frustrating that the holes don't line up well.
My child's eyes lit up when she saw it though so I guess now we have to wait weeks for step2 to ship the correct parts

This has been a great playscape for my son. He's 2.5 now, but still enjoys it, and when we have older kids come over, they love it, too. My son is still a little too small for the swings that came with it, but the ladder and slide and fort are plenty to keep him busy. Two adults put it together over a 1.5 days, very slowly because of rain. Would definitely recommend to others looking for something low key.

The set itself looks to be great. So far we have only been able to complete the club house part as we are missing a part and have another part that is not supposed to be part of the kit. Step2 isn't open after five so we will call tomorrow to try to get the correct parts and finish our playset.
