I picked this up for Christmas baking, and it was exactly as I hoped...at least, the fruit was. Unfortunately, it was delivered in a bubbled envelope and the entire container was squished, even to the point that it'd opened on one side. But being able to salvage most of it, the product itself is very good. The pieces hold the same, general size and do have a nice flavor.

I made a lemoncello ricotta cake and completely studded the top with this Paradise candied diced peel. The pieces in the container were not stuck together in one annoying big clump. It is not overly sweet unlike many a candied citrus peel. It doesn't have a "gummy" texture. Also, it has a 2 year (refrigerated) shelf life. All things considered it is the best and freshest product of its kind I've ever been able to find.

It is great in Orange Dream Cupcakes which all my friends love, but I eat most of them.! I just wish Amazon would package it more securely as this was the second time I had to get replacement because of squashed container.
