I thought the top and bottom both came unscrewed but now see that they don't so wish I would have gotten longer ones as I had planned to put two together for a longer screw and can not do that. But still fine product.
incorrect outer diameter information

The company confirmed that the outer diameter is 3/16" (=0.1875").
The actual outer diameter is 0.195", see the picture. I returned the item since it was too wide for my project.
Aside from the specification issue the quality seemed OK (I tested a few screws/posts---they worked fine).
