This is the real deal. At home I call it a "nap in a bottle" because it isn't the same energy as coffee or energy drinks. I don't feel "stimulated" I just feel rested and ready to go. If I am tired or sleepy, I become more alert and mentally focused after taking one. I am now through my first box, and I can say I will keep these around all the time from now on.
My only complaint was that one box was damaged and some bottles broken.(see photos) The liquid had run down inside the plastic wrap around the 6 boxes and soaked them through in places. It wasn't a big deal, it did come halfway around the globe to get here.
The little bottles are sealed oddly. They don't uncap or unscrew. You peel back a little metal piece and poke a tiny plastic straw through a plastic seal that's under it. Straws are included.

I bought this because a guy I worked with swears by it. I guess I may have felt a little more energetic. He used to say "this here puts the lead in my pencil"... I don't know about all that but it seems like a decent product. The taste isn't as bad as some people make it out to be. When my box arrived none of the bottles were broke. If I were to order Ginseng again, I would order this exact item.
