I bought this two years ago and I still find new exercises to do with it all the time. I bought two handles to round out the set for unlimited possibilities. You are not going to get bodybuilder resistance out of these bands, but you don't need to lift extremely heavy to get great results. If you double them up your can get VERY effect resistance and will be able to roll into compound exercises effortlessly (bicep curl straight into rowing exercise or tricep kickbacks). The fact that you can place the anchor strap around any pipe, branch or similar structure really fit with my workout needs while on deployment in the military. I also use it as originally intended to get some really brutal leg workouts. I'm pretty athletic and these provide a more than challenging workout.
