These are so much fun! What a great and fun work out. You can't help but to jog when you wear them. There are a lot of videos out there if you want to do a kangoo work out. Wish there were some instructional workout dvds for it though. This is the second pair I bought, I bought them for my daughter in law. We kangoo together. Everyone stops us to ask about them. I wish there was place to go learn and work out near me like there is in other states. They're easy on your knees too. All you need is a little balance and anyone at any age can do this. It's really fun. For the people who love to work out, it's a great cardio work out!

Love love love these KJs. I'm a size 7.5-8 and ordered medium size. Fits well, still have enough room for my toes. Easy to put on, and easy to lock (has double locking system). It feels heavy at first when you put it on but you get used to it after doing a few jumps on it "“ doesn't take that long to get used to it. I'm almost 60 yrs old and didn't think I could use these but I did and I love them. I was skeptic at first before buying them because I was afraid for my knees since I had TKR done the other year. These KJs are actually low impact so they don't hurt my knees. I did about 20 minutes workout on the first day and that was an amazing funfilled sweaty workout!!! Would highly recommend. One thing I want to add though is I had to cut the middle band on the T-spring for a softer bounce, workout felt better with that middle band cut off.

I'm really disappointed and yes I contacted the seller with no resolution. I did my research on this product, so I thought I couldn't go wrong. I was so happy to treat myself and make this purchase and upon opening the box things changed quickly. Ugh......scuffs galore! I paid for a brand new product only to recieve refurbished or damaged goods. Poor quality and poor craftsmanship to say the least. Simply put: just beware and don't expect much! I got a "lemon" in this deal.
