Huge frame
Patrick Chrosniak•May 8, 2017
Seams like a reasonable enough bike, but there are some definite drawbacks. First is the size - the frame is huge. I'm 5'9" and it was way too big for me. Second is the misleading part about Shimano components. The only Shimano component is the rear derailed. The levers seem really cheap like they're going to break. Seems like it would be good for a year or two, but not something that's going to last for sustained use.
nice bike, but it needs to be put together
Matthew DiMasi•May 7, 2017
Nice bike for a budget. No real service needed yet on the bike.
The tires were extremely difficult to fill and when I did get the tubes to inflate, I hardly knew that the tube was inflating

Arrived Damaged
belljennifer71•March 18, 2017
We were very excited to receive this bike. Unfortunately, it arrived with broken and damaged brake lines. Because we needed it and could not wait, we had to pay a local bike repair place to replace the lines. Probably could have figured out how to do it ourselves, but pressed for time.
... a strong bike but it certainly has done a great job of getting me to work and back
Wulfrider•July 26, 2016
It's not a strong bike but it certainly has done a great job of getting me to work and back. I have made a life change after a heart surgery to exercise more and this bike is doing it. Easy to assemble, it looks good, and it's strong enough to be daily commute transport. But not for the serious biker.
I like this bike. Bought one for my wife too
John Naglee•December 24, 2015
Bike arrived with all necessary parts in the box. Approximately 90 minute assembly time. I used metric hex wrench set, metric open ended wrenches and star drive bits on an 18v electric screwdriver, pliers too. Some screws came from the factory torqued so tightly they required some extra elbow grease to loosen! Adjusting the brakes during test rides took an extra 30 minutes until I was satisfied. In previous reviews I read that this is a heavy bike. On that issue I think it's fine, as long as the hills you encounter are small. I was surprised by the beefier looking frame than appeared in the online images. Ugly welds are evident. Shimano derailleur works flawlessly. A bit of chatter on the crank derailleur however. The bike comes with front, rear and spoke reflectors. Decent buy for the money. I bought my wife the corresponding ladies model. The bikes have a classic but beefier look than other hybrids I've seen... I kinda like that...
