Incredible value
Steve Wright•August 6, 2017
This is the only inversion table I've owned or used, but I'm giving it the full 5 stars because at the price it was an amazing value and I can't pick any fault with it. The assembly directions were great (took about 1.5 hours total) and the parts were neatly separated with all the tools required (though you may want to use your own better quality tools -- but at least they are there!).
The table seems sturdier than ones I looked at at 2x the price and easily handles my 6' 3" 230lb frame. The handles make it easy to pull myself back up, and it adjusts easily for my kids and wife.

Great Inversion Table Value

I was a little skeptical any first because of the price, but the quality far exceeded my expectations. It came shipped very organized and intact, packaged very sensibly. The quality of the frame and head/backrest is fantastic. Very sturdy when constructed, which took about 1.5 hours with a little assistance from a second person. Only opportunity was with the provided wrenches (had to use my own as the ones they provide are flat and flimsy) but no big deal at all. Have been using daily with ease. Fits very nicely tucked in the corner fully extended. Extremely happy with this purchase.. anyone like me that has desired an inversion table but thought that it was unattainable due to cost.. do yourself a favor and add to your cart :-)
Works good.

It serves the purpose for which I bought it. I know a lot people talk about the ankle support issue and I am not exception. I weigh 310lbs and that equals a lot of stress on my but I have found a few methods that resolves that issue. I put on a pair of my hiking boots and place the large tongues of them between the pads and the top of my feet. This actually provides me quite a bit of support and takes all the stress off my ankles. This inversion table was well worth the price. One thing I may do to modify it, is build some stable stands to raise it up so that my arms can hang freely without hitting the ground. That way I get the full hanging affect.
Quality & Pain Relief

My husband has said this is the best purchase I have ever made. We both have back problems and have found noticeable relief from the constant pain we both suffer from.My doctor had recommended getting an inversion table a few years ago but the ones in our price range did not look very well made so I put it on the back burner for a while and I am very glad I did. The Innova ITX9600 Heavy Duty Inversion Therapy is very well made, easy to put together and use. In less than an hour, I was able to use it and fell in love with it. It is easy to adjust for different heights and the individual center of gravity. It is also very stable and has various degrees of motion so you don't have to be totally upside down at first, you can work up to total inversion if you I would recommend checking with your doctor to see if inversion therapy would be safe for you to use if you have back problems. If you are looking for a quality inversion table look no further.
Detailed review, love it!

So happy I bought it! I have stiff nonflexible vertebrae in my back and neck. I have been doing decompression for months and I think it's helped, but it's $$. I asked one doctor and two chiropractors what they thought of tilt tables. All of them like them and had the same advice. Don't tilt too far in the beginning or advance your tilt too quickly. Start at the lowest setting for 10 minutes two times a day for at least two weeks for upwards of a month then repeat at the next setting. As soon as you get relief at a setting you can stay there. ( they all knew of people who were hospitalized or did permanent damage by inverting themselves at a steep angle without working up to it. They didn't let their body get used to the inversion process. ) This seemed like good advice. They also mentioned getting a table that has very good foot support so that you do not have to wear shoes and your feet won't hurt.
I read reviews for different tables and talked to my friends. Everyone pretty much said that extra features were worthless unless it was a very specific reason for having the special feature.
I saw this table and read the reviews. Since it cost less than two decompression visits it certainly would pay for itself very quickly. It came in a large heavy box. One evening while I was making dinner my 13-year-old daughter put the whole thing together with zero help. The directions must be good. My husband tightened down every single bolt. We played with the different height and foot settings and discovered that myself at 5 foot 7 and 135 pounds needed the same setting as my husband at 6 foot 1 and 230 pounds. The key is to make the height setting so that your weight is balanced on the frame so it is very easy to go up and down gently. It just depends where your bodyweight is on your body.
I like the adjustable headrest which was not a feature I saw on the product photos. I like how soft and padded the foot parts are. It is very easy to use without shoes and gentle on my feet.
I do believe that the height adjustment should be adjusted for each different angle setting that you do. This way you go up and down gently. I have not done the full inversion. I do not feel that I need to. The table gives a good stretch at all the angles, even the lowest. Personally I have found that between 10 and 20 minutes on the table depending upon how stiff I feel works great every single day.
I've added some photos too, including it fully inverted with the adjuster pin pulled out. Normally the stop is 85 degrees
