My husband's favorite olives in vermouth were discontinued, so I went looking for a new brand. Sable & Rosenfeld seemed a good candidate, and so we tried them.
They're a hit! We get the ones with pimento listed on the label. I notice that some are labeled as having pimento paste as the filling rather than actual pimentos, so I've avoided those. I don't know if it's a product change and I'm buying old stock, or if they actually have both lines.
They are really pricey. I'm going to have to see if I can get my husband to use them two at a time instead of three. It would be nice to be able to purchase a slightly larger size.

I love these olives!! They are the best that I can find. However, I have ordered several jars and some of them leak and arrive in the packaging wet and the jars are not filled with the liquid. I noticed that some of the tops don't seem to have a good seal. I was worried about contamination but so far, no health issues.

These are the best olives for martinis. They hold up well after being refridgerated. The only problem is I just can't stop at one -- olive that is, they are delicious.
