Love the product, took me a little time to figure out how to fill the chocolate evenly so they could stick together. Overall great product.

My daughter loves to bake and she bought this mold to make her brother a chess cake. The squares were easy enough but this mold was very hard for her to use. Removal was especially difficult... The mold is good quality though
Some pieces too thin/break
Kay Raisy•April 17, 2016
I had a difficult time making the chess pieces with this mold. Some of the pieces are just too thin and break very easy. The cross on the king could break off every time and I had to glue it together with chocolate and hope it didn't fall off. The pawn's necks were too thin and often broke when they came out of the mold. The pieces also seem to be too shallow at the top and when I put two pieces together so they could stand even the tops had a large gap that I had to fill with chocolate.

I purchased these as I planned on making a chess cake for my in-law's birthday. The pieces came out alright but sometimes would stick to the mold, I also feel as though I paid too much for these and should have looked elsewhere for ones that were more detailed for the same price.
