Perfect replacement for SV9500

This was a super easy replacement for the SV9500. Another reviewer mentioned that their 9500 just needed some wires jiggled and it would work for X more cycles before happening again, I had that same issue.
Replacement fits perfectly and all the plugs go directly in. My shipped unit did not come with any other hardware so this is best for a replacement where your harnesses are already in place.

I am happy that I made this purchase. This valve worked perfectly for my broiler. I installed it myself in a little under an hour. I not only have heat again but this particular valve opens faster than my old one.

I replaced my SV9500M8667 with this one and all I have to said is that is half of price came with instructions, it took me about 45 minutes to replace it..... I'm very happy cause I save me hundreds.

I used this valve to replace a SV9500M8600. Included was an extension connector because one of the connectors was in a different position. I installed it about a month ago. So far it has been working great.

Woke up to a very cold house one night. troubleshooting revealed the gas valve was the culprit. Checked local availability and found none. Found one on Amazon and stored it in my wish list while I double checked to confirm the problem. Went back to order it and found when I pulled it from the list I was offered this one as one others had chosen. It was identical looking and sold by the same seller at a lower price. Just had the last four digits in the part number different, but said it replaced the same part number of my original, so I one-clicked it. Later felt unsure so checked with the Honeywell site for the differences. Seems this one has a faster sequence for the fire-up ritual. I decided to gamble on it working since I was having to whack on the bad one to get the fire each time it was needed. Cut to the chase: It worked! It does sequence faster, but works non-the-less. Just be aware it might not in some furnaces. Be sure to get the EXACT one to be sure. Thanks to HVAC MegaStore/Patrick's Supply I only had to whack for two nights. Really fast delivery.
