BUYER BEWARE...

I ordered 8 of these as a gift for my husband who lived in the UK for many years. Even though each was individually wrapped with bubble wrap, two of the mugs were broken and one was cracked. Then to add insult to injury (or maybe the other way around) I poured a hot toddy in the mug and it exploded on the counter! Literally hot liquid everywhere...the mug just blew out into two parts! That was when I noticed that there is NO IMPERIAL stamp on these mugs. They are cheap knockoffs.....The real dimple mugs are made with lead glass so this doesn't happen.

Pub glasses are great, but shipping? When they arrived one out of four was shattered in the bubble wrap. Disappointed because they are nice glasses and now I only have three.

I had a single one of these that was given to me by a pub that I spent a lot of time in during a summer away from home. It was my favorite glass and I used it all the time. Inevitably it chipped/cracked. While these can't replace the sentimental value, they are completely identical to that glass.
