I have a JVC Everio GZ-MS630RU 60gb harddrive camcorder and this charger worked perfectly on the battery! I have been looking for the AC adapter for this thing for months now and was really disappointed to find out that it was going to be pretty expensive to purchase a replacement charger. I figured as long as I have something that will charge the battery.. I can still use the camera, so I opted to purchase a charger that would charge the battery outside of the camera. I am very happy with my purchase! So I was a bit worried that this was only a car charger and I would have to charge the battery for my camera in the car. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the plug in part of this charger was built in and can retract into the device for traveling purposes. The car charger part and the travel adapter are nice bonuses to this battery charger.
Did not need the Europe plug adapter but was nice and gave to a fried who travels abroad

The packaging of the charger was a bit confusing as the input and output voltages are the exact same. However the unit itself had the correct input and output voltages. Did not need the Europe plug adapter but was nice and gave to a fried who travels abroad. It was delivered in the time line stated.

I just received this the other day. My old JVC everio camera is ALIVE! My battery charged up in no time and I was able to use my old camcorder just like I used to. Pretty self explanatory as far as plugging in and putting the battery in. If you want to test out your old camcorder and don't have the charging cord anymore or if yours was like mine and just got too bent up to use anymore then you'll want to get this! Always good to have a backup camera.
